Ingredients
  

Instructions
 

  • Cut 1 zucchini into 1/8" slices
  • Place in bowl and mix in 1 tbsp salt
    zucchini slices with salt
  • Place zucchini slices in single layer on paper towels and let rest for 30 minutes
    Lay out on paper towel
  • Take another paper towel and apply pressure on top of zucchini slices to draw out more water and set aside
    Squeeze out water
  • In a bowl add grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, chili powder, Italian seasoning, and olive oil and mix well
  • Add the zucchini slices to the bowl and mix well with the seasoning

  • Place seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer into air fryer

  • Cook in air fryer at 400°F for 10 minutes

Notes

  • Alternatively can be cooked in oven at 425° for 30 minutes flipping zucchini slices halfway
