Zucchini Chips
An easy delicious zucchini chip recipe prepared in an air fryer that is keto and low carb diet friendly.

Cut 1 zucchini into 1/8" slices
Place in bowl and mix in 1 tbsp salt
Place zucchini slices in single layer on paper towels and let rest for 30 minutes
Take another paper towel and apply pressure on top of zucchini slices to draw out more water and set aside
In a bowl add grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, chili powder, Italian seasoning, and olive oil and mix well
Add the zucchini slices to the bowl and mix well with the seasoning
Place seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer into air fryer
Cook in air fryer at 400°F for 10 minutes
Enjoy!
- Alternatively can be cooked in oven at 425° for 30 minutes flipping zucchini slices halfway
