Marinade

  • Add all the ingredients into a large bowl except for the chicken wings
  • Mix all the ingredients into a smooth paste
    Tandoori marinade paste
  • Rub the marinade on to the chicken wings and let it marinate for at least one hour

Cooking Instructions

  • If using an oven, preheat to 375°
  • Place the chicken wings in a single layer on a cooking tray or in the air fryer
  • For either the oven or the air fryer, cook for 30 minutes flipping over midway at 15 minutes
  • Remove from oven or air fryer and enjoy!

Notes

  • For additional flavor, sprinkle chat masala onto the chicken wings and serve with thinly sliced onions.
  • Adjust chili powder and salt according to taste.
  • Each serving of 6 wings is 5 g net carbs (8.5 g carbs - 3.5 g fiber).
