Marination

  • In a bowl add yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, chaat masala, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, dried fenugreek leaves, lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Mix well.

  • Mix well.

  • Add paneer, onions and green and red bell peppers.

  • Mix well.

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour

Cooking Instructions

  • Thread paneer, onions and bell peppers through bamboo skewers. Alternate between paneer and vegetables. Prepare 3-4 skewers.

  • Brush excess marinade from bowl on the prepared skewers.

  • Cook in Air Fryer at 400° F for 10 minutes

Notes

  • Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes prior to using
