Marination
In a bowl add yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, chaat masala, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, dried fenugreek leaves, lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Mix well.
Mix well.
Add paneer, onions and green and red bell peppers.
Mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
Cooking Instructions
Thread paneer, onions and bell peppers through bamboo skewers. Alternate between paneer and vegetables. Prepare 3-4 skewers.
Brush excess marinade from bowl on the prepared skewers.
Cook in Air Fryer at 400° F for 10 minutes
