Ingredients
  

Guacamole

  • 2 avocados
  • 1/4 cup onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomatos chopped
  • 3 chilis chopped
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped

Cheddar Cheese Chips

  • 4 oz cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

Cheddar Cheese Chips

  • Take a spoonful of shredded cheddar cheese and place as small round mounds on silpat or parchment paper. Keep adding additional spoons to make multiple small rounds until all 4 oz of cheese are used. Make sure they are placed apart as they will spread out as they melt.

  • Place in oven at 400°F for 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

  • Use a pizza cutter to slice each round into 2-3 pieces.

Guacamole

  • Cut 2 avocados and remove skin and seed and put in bowl. Mash with fork or masher.
