  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 tsp salt


Alfredo Sauce


Dry roast zucchini noodles to draw out excess water

  • Spiralize 2 zucchini into noodles (zoodles)

  • Heat pan on stove on medium heat
  • Dry roast zoodles and add 1 tsp salt

  • Transfer zoodles out of pan and set aside

  • On medium heat add 1 tbsp butter to same pan
  • Add shrimp to pan. Stir occasionally until shrimp is cooked.

  • Add black pepper powder and Italian seasoning. Mix well.

  • Transfer shrimp out of pan and set aside

Alfredo Sauce

  • In the same pan, melt 1 tbsp of butter
  • Add garlic and stir into butter

  • Add heavy whipping cream and stir

  • Add black pepper powder and Italian seasoning. Mix well.

  • Add the shrimp and zoodles that were set aside to the alfredo sauce in pan
