A creamy shrimp alfredo with zucchini noodles

Dry roast zucchini noodles to draw out excess water
Spiralize 2 zucchini into noodles (zoodles)
Heat pan on stove on medium heat
Dry roast zoodles and add 1 tsp salt
Transfer zoodles out of pan and set aside
Shrimp
On medium heat add 1 tbsp butter to same pan
Add shrimp to pan. Stir occasionally until shrimp is cooked.
Add black pepper powder and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
Transfer shrimp out of pan and set aside
Alfredo Sauce
In the same pan, melt 1 tbsp of butter
Add garlic and stir into butter
Add parsley and stir into garlic and butter
Add heavy whipping cream and stir
Add black pepper powder and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
Add Parmesan cheese and mix well
