- 4 eggs large
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup onions chopped
- 1 tbsp green chilies chopped
- 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
- 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 tbsp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 tsp salt adjust to taste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
Preheat oven to 350°F
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl,
Add the mix in muffin pan, fill each hole up to 3/4 full with mix.
Bake in oven at 350°F for 15 minutes
