Melt butter in microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds and set aside
Add coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and monk fruit sweetener into a coffee mug or small bowl and mix until dry ingredients are well combined
Add the melted butter, vanilla extract and egg and mix until it resembles a chocolate batter
Put back in microwave and heat for 1 minute
Give it a few minutes to cool and enjoy in mug/bowl or transfer to a plate!
