  • Melt butter in microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds and set aside
  • Add coconut flour, baking powder and monk fruit sweetener into a coffee mug or small bowl and mix until well combined

  • Add the melted butter, vanilla extract and egg and mix until it resembles cake batter

  • Transfer 1/2 of the batter and put in another bowl

  • To the seperated half, add 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder and mix until well combined.

  • Take two spoons at a time from each bowl (white and chocolate batters) and add to a third bowl alternating between white and chocolate batter.

  • Smoothen the top of the batter when done transferring.
