- 1/4 cup tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup onions chopped
- 4 eggs large, hard boiled and chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt adjust to taste
- 1 tbsp green chilies chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Hard boil 4 large eggs
Then chop the hard boiled eggs, 1/4 cup of tomatoes, 1/2 cup of onions, 1 tbsp of green chilies and 1 tbsp cilantro.
Heat a pan on stove top on medium heat.
Then add 2 tbsp of olive oil.
Then add 1/2 cup chopped onions and stir.
Next, add 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes and stir.
Then add 1 tbsp chopped green chilies and stir.
Then add 1/2 tsp turmeric and 1/2 tsp chili powder and stir.
Next, add 4 chopped hard boiled eggs and stir.
Then garnish with 1 tbsp chopped cilantro.
