Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions chopped
  • 4 eggs large, hard boiled and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp green chilies chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Hard boil 4 large eggs

  • Then chop the hard boiled eggs, 1/4 cup of tomatoes, 1/2 cup of onions, 1 tbsp of green chilies and 1 tbsp cilantro.

  • Heat a pan on stove top on medium heat.
  • Then add 2 tbsp of olive oil.
  • Then add 1/2 cup chopped onions and stir.
