Keto Waffles
A quick and easy keto waffle batter that can be used in a waffle maker. Serve with keto friendly syrup of choice.

Turn on waffle maker
In a bowl mix dry ingredients, 1 cup almond flour, 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener and 2 tsp baking powder.
Then add 2 eggs and 6 tbsp of melted butter.
Mix well into keto waffle batter.
Then place batter on waffle maker and cook each waffle for about 3-4 minutes.
This recipe makes about four 4 inch waffles.
- The 1 cup almond flour can be substituted with 1/3 cup coconut flour.
