Keto Chocolate Almond Butter
A keto chocolate almond butter that works as a Nutella replacement swapping out the hazelnut and sugar with almonds and monk fruit sweetener.

almonds

monk fruit sweetener

cocoa powder

Instructions
Roast almonds on stove top on pan on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes.
Let the almonds cool for at least 5 minutes
Blend the almonds into almond meal in blender.
Add 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1.4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 3 tbsp olive oil to blender bowl with almond meal.
Blend until a smooth buttery consistency.
Store in a mason jar and refrigerate.
Notes
If the chocolate almond butter is too thick while blending, add some olive oil 1 tbsp at a time to get a buttery creamy consistency.
