A keto chocolate almond butter that works as a Nutella replacement swapping out the hazelnut and sugar with almonds and monk fruit sweetener.

  • Roast almonds on stove top on pan on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes.
    Dry Roast almonds
  • Let the almonds cool for at least 5 minutes
  • Blend the almonds into almond meal in blender.

  • Add 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1.4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 3 tbsp olive oil to blender bowl with almond meal.

  • Blend until a smooth buttery consistency.

  • Store in a mason jar and refrigerate.

Notes

  • If the chocolate almond butter is too thick while blending, add some olive oil 1 tbsp at a time to get a buttery creamy consistency.
