Heat pan on stove top on medium heat.
Then add 2 tbsp of olive oil. Then add 1/2 cup chopped onions. Stir and cook until soft.
Then add 1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers and stir.
Then add 1/2 tsp of salt (adjust to taste) and move vegetables to one side to make room to cook the eggs.
Next, add 1 tbsp olive oil and 4 eggs to pan on the opposite side of the vegetables.
Then add 1 tsp black pepper powder and 1/2 tsp salt. Then mix and cook eggs.
Next, on the vegetable side add 2 tbsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1/2 tsp garlic paste and mix well.
Then mix well with the cooked eggs.
Then add 1 lbs cauliflower rice and mix well.
Finally, add 1/4 cup of spring onions and mix well.
