Keto Chicken Lettuce Wrap
A keto chicken lettuce wrap that is quick and easy made from ground chicken cooked in Asian inspired sauces wrapped in large butter lettuce leaves.

Cooking the Chicken
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup onions chopped
- 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
- 1/2 cup red bell peppers chopped
- 1 lbs ground chicken
- 1/4 tsp salt adjust to taste
- 1/4 cup spring onions chopped
Cooking the ground chicken
Put pan on stove on medium heat and add 2 tbsp of olive oil.
Then add 1/2 cup chopped onions, stir and cook until soft.
Then 1/2 tbsp garlic paste and 1/2 tbsp ginger paste and stir.
Next add 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper and stir.
Then push vegetables to one side of pan.
Then add 1 lbs ground chicken to the empty side of pan.
As the chicken gets cooked, mix with the vegetables.
Then add the sauce that was prepared earlier and mix well.
Then add 1/4 cup chopped spring onions and mix well.
Cook until chicken starts to get dry.
Finalizing Lettuce Wraps
Wash the butter lettuce leaves in water and pat dry with paper towels.
Fill about 4 tbsp of ground chicken in each lettuce leaf.
Recipe makes about 6 keto chicken lettuce wraps.
