Then add 2 tbsp of olive oil and then add 1/3 cup chopped onions. Stir until soft.
Then add 1 tsp garlic paste and stir.
Then add 1 lbs ground chicken and stir.
Add 1 tsp paprika. Then add 1/4 cup taco seasoning and mix well.
Then stir intermittently until chicken full cooked and set aside.
Preheat oven to broil on high.
Then heat cheddar folio in microwave for 2 minutes on supplied parchment paper. The whole folio should bubble as heated in the microwave. If the middle is not bubbling, heat another 30 seconds in the microwave and repeat until it does. This will allow the whole folio to get crispy as it cools. Wait at least a minute for it to cool before the next step.
Then remove the parchment paper and set aside from the folio and put on 2 tbsp of hot sauce on the top. I used Taco Bell Fire Sauce available at grocery stores, but any hot sauce will do.
Then add 4 oz of ground chicken that was cooked earlier.
Then add 2 oz of shredded cheddar cheese.
Place the tostada on the parchment paper set aside earlier and broil in the oven on high for 2-3 minutes until cheddar cheese is full melted.
Take out of the oven and let it cool for few minutes before enjoying!
