A great use of leftover turkey that is chopped and made into a turkey salad with spices and sauces that is keto friendly.

  • Chop 1 lbs of turkey into small cubes
  • Then in a bowl add 1/2 cup finely chopped onions, 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro, 1 tsp celery salt, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp lime juice and 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
  • Then mix well and serve by itself or on keto friendly toast.
