A delicious quick and easy keto broccoli chicken stir fry that is ready in less than 20 minutes that can be served with cauliflower rice or shirataki noodles.

Heat pan on stove on medium heat.
Then add 2 tbsp sesame oil to pan.
Then add 1 lbs of chicken cut in 1 inch cubes. Let is cook for a few minutes until half cooked.
Then add 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener. Push chicken to one side of pan.
Then add 4 cloves crushed garlic and 1/2 cup sliced onions. Sautee for a few minutes until onions translucent and then mix well.
Then add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar. Mix well.
Then add 1/2 tbsp chili flakes and mix well.
Then add 6 oz of broccoli florets and mix well.
