  • Heat pan on stove on medium heat.
  • Then add 2 tbsp sesame oil to pan.

  • Then add 1 lbs of chicken cut in 1 inch cubes. Let is cook for a few minutes until half cooked.

  • Then add 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener. Push chicken to one side of pan.

  • Then add 4 cloves crushed garlic and 1/2 cup sliced onions. Sautee for a few minutes until onions translucent and then mix well.

  • Then add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar. Mix well.

  • Then add 1/2 tbsp chili flakes and mix well.
