A South Indian favorite Andhra Style Chili Chicken that is a spicy treat and happens to be keto friendly with only 3g net carbs per serving.

Pan Fry

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 green chilies slit in half
  • 1 tsp corn starch mixed in 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 5 curry leaves


  • Add 1/2 cup green chilies to a blender bowl and blend into a coarse paste.

  • Then is a bowl add 1 1/2 lbs chicken, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt and green chili paste. Mix well.

  • Then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat pan on stove on medium heat.
  • Than add 2 tbsp olive oil to pan.

  • Then add marinated chicken to pan and continue to cook on medium heat.

  • When the chicken is almost done add the 6 sliced green chilies and 5 curry leaves.

  • Then add 1 tsp corn starch mixed in 1/4 cup of water.

  • Then add 1/4 cup water

  • Cover and continue to cook on low heat. Stir occasionally.

  • Then cook until chicken is done.
