Instructions
Add 1/2 cup green chilies to a blender bowl and blend into a coarse paste.
Then is a bowl add 1 1/2 lbs chicken, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt and green chili paste. Mix well.
Then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat pan on stove on medium heat.
Than add 2 tbsp olive oil to pan.
Then add marinated chicken to pan and continue to cook on medium heat.
When the chicken is almost done add the 6 sliced green chilies and 5 curry leaves.
Then add 1 tsp corn starch mixed in 1/4 cup of water.
Then add 1/4 cup water
Cover and continue to cook on low heat. Stir occasionally.
Then cook until chicken is done.
