Marinade

  • Add all the ingredients into a large bowl except for the chicken
  • Mix all the ingredients into a smooth paste
  • Rub the marinade on to the chicken and let it marinate for at least one hour

Cooking Instructions

  • Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer
  • Cook for 25 to 30 minutes at 375°, flipping over midway. Cook time depends on size of chicken pieces.
  • Remove from air fryer and enjoy!

Notes

  • For additional flavor, sprinkle chat masala onto the chicken and serve with thinly sliced onions.
  • Adjust chili powder and salt according to taste.
  • Each serving of a leg and thigh piece is 5.5 g net carbs (9 g carbs - 3.5 g fiber).
