  • Prepare 1 packet of shirataki noodles as per package instructions.
  • Then put pan on stove top on medium heat and add 2 tbsp olive oil.
  • Then add 1/3 cup chopped onions and stir until soft.

  • Next, add 4 chopped green chilies. Then stir and move onions and green chilies to one side of pan to make room to cook eggs.

  • Then add 4 eggs to one side of the pan and cook. Add 1/2 tsp of chili powder and 1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste).

  • Then stir eggs until cooked.

  • Then add the shirataki noodles.

  • Stir well with the eggs and vegetables. Then add 1 tbsp Maggi Chicken Bouillon.

  • Then add 1/4 cup chopped spring onions.

  • Next add 1/4 tsp turmeric.
  • Mix well.
