Instructions
 

  • Place the cream cheese in a blender and process until smooth
  • Add the heavy whipping cream, sweetener, lemon zest and lemon juice. Blend until well combined.
  • Add 3/4 cup of the chopped strawberries and blend until smooth
  • Stir in the remaining 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
  • Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and push a stick 2/3 of the way into each mold
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours
  • To take out of the mold, run under hot water for 30 seconds and twist stick gently to release
