monk fruit sweetener

heavy whipping cream

lemon zest
grated

lemon juice
fresh

strawberries
chopped
Instructions
Place the cream cheese in a blender and process until smooth
Add the heavy whipping cream, sweetener, lemon zest and lemon juice. Blend until well combined.
Add 3/4 cup of the chopped strawberries and blend until smooth
Stir in the remaining 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and push a stick 2/3 of the way into each mold
Freeze for at least 4 hours
To take out of the mold, run under hot water for 30 seconds and twist stick gently to release
Notes
