Keto Broccoli Chicken Instructions
To start making the keto broccoli chicken, heat pan on stove on medium heat. Then add 2 tbsp sesame oil to pan. Then add 1 lbs of chicken cut in 1 inch cubes. Let is cook for a few minutes until half cooked. Then add 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener. Push chicken to one side of pan. Then add 4 cloves crushed garlic and 1/2 cup sliced onions. Sautee for a few minutes until onions translucent and then mix well. Then add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar. Mix well. Then add 1/2 tbsp chili flakes and mix well. Then add 6 oz of broccoli florets and mix well.

- 4 cloves garlic - finely chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar

- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp salt - adjust to taste
- 1/2 tbsp chili flakes - adjust to taste
