Keto broccoli chicken is a quick and easy stir fry recipe that goes great with either cauliflower rice or shirataki noodles. This dish is ready in less than 20 minutes and is delicious. This requires about a pound of chicken cut into small cubes and 6 oz of broccoli florets. Combined with cauliflower rice or shirataki noodles, it is a quite fulfilling keto friendly meal that will curb your cravings for take-out. This recipe cooks fast so you want to make sure all the ingredients are prepped before starting to cook.

Keto Broccoli Chicken Instructions

To start making the keto broccoli chicken, heat pan on stove on medium heat. Then add 2 tbsp sesame oil to pan. Then add 1 lbs of chicken cut in 1 inch cubes. Let is cook for a few minutes until half cooked. Then add 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener. Push chicken to one side of pan. Then add 4 cloves crushed garlic and 1/2 cup sliced onions. Sautee for a few minutes until onions translucent and then mix well. Then add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar. Mix well. Then add 1/2 tbsp chili flakes and mix well. Then add 6 oz of broccoli florets and mix well.
