The keto turkey salad is a perfect use of that leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. It is a quick and simple recipe that takes about 10 minutes to make. It requires chopping about a pound of turkey into small cubes and mixing in spices and sauces that can be used in sandwiches. I prefer keto friendly bread. Find Sola bread in the bread aisle at Walmart or Costco is a great option with only 2g net carbs per slice. Find it in the frozen bread section at Krogers. Aldis has a zero net carb bread available. Otherwise, you can make your keto bread. Check out my recipe for 90 second keto bread here that is quick and easy to make.
