The keto cauliflower tikki is a great replacement for the Indian aloo tikki. The cauliflower replaces the potato in the traditional dish. With the spices, this replicates the taste and texture of the aloo tikki. Caulflower fritters or Cauliflower patties are other names for this dish. This makes a great appetizer or can be served as a snack. Check out my Cauliflower tots recipe for something without the spices.

Cauliflower Tikki Instructions
Cut head of cauliflower into florets. Then steam the florets in the microwave for about 10 minutes or until soft enough to mash with a fork. Use a microwave steamer or pasta boat. Otherwise a bowl with 1/4 cup water covered with a plate works to steam the cauliflower. Then mash the cauliflower in a bowl. Then add 4 finely chopped green chilies, 1/3 cup finely chopped onions, 1 egg, 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste) and 1/3 cup almond flour. Mix well. Then make 1-2 inch tikkis/patties. Then refrigerate for at least 1 hour. After refrigerating for an hour, heat pan on stove on medium heat and add 2 tbsp olive oil. Cook the keto cauliflower tikki until browned and then flip over and cook other side until brown.
