Keto Roasted Teriyaki Cauliflower

This keto roasted teriyaki cauliflower recipe is quick and easy. It can be done in less than 20 minutes. It involves seasoning the cauliflower prior to cooking in the air fryer. Then just drizzle some teriyaki sauce and enjoy. Roasting cauliflower in the air fryer is an easy way to make a delicious crispy snack. One cup of raw cauliflower is 25 calories with 5 grams of carbohydrates and 2 grams of fiber resulting in 3 grams of net carbs. It is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals that are important on the ketogenic diet. It is also a rich source of antioxidants that is beneficial in reducing inflammation. Cauliflower is a keto staple and very versatile. There are many uses of cauliflower that include cauliflower rice, pizza crust, hummus, mashed potato alternative, tortillas/rotis and mac and cheese.

Keto Roasted Teriyaki Cauliflower Instructions

In a bowl mix 1/2 head cauliflower florets, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp olive oil. Put seasoned cauliflower into air fryer basket spread evenly in one layer. Then cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 375°F. Then transfer to the roasted cauliflower to a serving plate and drizzle 1 tbsp of teriyaki sauce.
