Keto Methi Sabji is a quick and easy Indian side dish that has fenugreek leaves as the main ingredient along with its many health benefits. Fenugreek has been shown benefits such as lowering blood sugar levels, boosting testosterone and increasing milk productions in breastfeeding mothers. Reducing cholesterol levels, inflammation and improving appetite control are other potential benefits of fenugreek. Pair this as a side dish to many of my keto Indian recipes by clicking here.

Nutrition
Health Benefits of Fenugreek
Reduce Risk of Diabetes
Many animal studies have shown fenugreek compounds have the ability to reduce blood sugar by reducing intestinal glucose absorption, delay gastric emptying, improve insulin sensitivity and action and reduce concentrations of lipid binding protein.
Boost Testosterone
Testosterone is a sex hormone in both men and women that affects sexual function, energy levels, cognitive function, bone health and mood. These levels naturally decline with age. Studies have shown that fenugreek may help increase low testosterone.
Improve Milk Production in Breast Feeding Women
Studies have shown that fenugreek may help stimulate breast milk production and ease the flow. It has been long recommended in traditional Asian medicine for this purpose.
