This is a quick and easy keto egg masala recipe that works great as a breakfast option. This requires hard boiling 4 eggs and cooking on a stove top adding vegetables and spices. I usually pair this with a low carb keto friendly toast with butter of which I enjoy the Sola buttery and sweet bread that has 2g net carbs. This bread can be found at Kroger’s grocery store, but is available at Amazon. I freeze my bread and use a toaster to defrost and toast when needed. Keto Egg Masala Instructions
First, hard boil 4 large eggs. Then chop the hard boiled eggs, 1/4 cup of tomatoes, 1/2 cup of onions, 1 tbsp of green chilies and 1 tbsp cilantro. Heat a pan on stove top on medium heat. Then add 2 tbsp of olive oil. Then add 1/2 cup chopped onions and stir. Next, add 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes and stir. Then add 1 tbsp chopped green chilies and stir. Then add 1/2 tsp turmeric and 1/2 tsp chili powder and stir. Next, add 4 chopped hard boiled eggs and stir. Then garnish the keto egg masala with 1 tbsp chopped cilantro.
