On my ride to work every morning I pass by Dunkin Donuts and Crispy Kreme and often stop by to pick up a couple dozen for friends at work. Every since I started my keto journey I still spoil my friends with donuts from these places but I needed a fix for my donut cravings. I needed a keto donut!

To solve my problem my first step was to buy a donut maker. I tried out Babycakes and have been happy with it. It makes perfectly shaped mini- donuts. The next step was to make a donut batter that I could use in this donut maker. I tried a few options and am sharing a recipe that turned out to be fluffy, light and delicious.
