Have you ever been to Starbucks and seen the sous vide egg bites? You would think that they are keto friendly, but unfortunately a serving of this has 9g net carbs. The keto egg bites version in this recipe is much more keto friendly with only 1.1g net carbs per serving. It is a delicious snack and can be made in bulk in the oven and saved for breakfast or snacks for a few days.

This is a simple recipe and consists of 4 large eggs mixed with, 1/4 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 tbsp green chopped chillies, 2 tbsp chopped cilantro, 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric. Then pour this mix into a muffin baking tray with mini muffin slots and cook at 350°F for 15 minutes .
I used a mix of cheese, vegetables, spices and chili to give it a little bit of spice. However, you can use any type of mix for your keto egg bites such as bacon and cheddar to replicate one of the sous vide egg bites at Starbucks.
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl,
- Add the mix in muffin pan, fill each hole up to 3/4 full with mix.
- Bake in oven at 350°F for 15 minutes
