Have you ever been to Starbucks and seen the sous vide egg bites? You would think that they are keto friendly, but unfortunately a serving of this has 9g net carbs. The keto egg bites version in this recipe is much more keto friendly with only 1.1g net carbs per serving. It is a delicious snack and can be made in bulk in the oven and saved for breakfast or snacks for a few days.
