This keto tandoori shrimp recipe cooked in the air fryer is a simple recipe of large shrimp marinated in Indian spices and yogurt. The process to make this is simple. First just mix the spices and yogurt with shrimp and refrigerate for at least half an hour. Then cook in the air fryer and the keto tandoori shrimp is ready within an hour. This can be served as an entree or as an appetizer.

Keto Tandoori Shrimp Cooking Instructions
Marinate
In a bowl mix 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tbsp tandoori masala, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1/2 tbsp yogurt, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste). Then add 1/2 lbs large shrimp (8 – U13-U15 size) and mix into the masala. Then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, the longer the better.
Air Fry Keto Tandoori Shrimp
Then place the shrimp in a single layer in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes at 350°F flipping the shrimp over halfway through cooking (about 10 min).
Notes
- I use Shan Tandoori masala powder. You can use any brand of tandoori masala. These are available at any Indian grocery store. If you do not have it available substitute with 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala and 1/2 tsp monk fruit sweetener.

Marinate

Air Fry Keto Tandoori Shrimp
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the Air Fryer basket and brush on excess marinade from the bowl on to the shrimp until all used up.
- Then cook for 15 minutes at 350°F flipping the shrimp over halfway through cooking (about 10 min).
