Tandoori chicken is a popular Indian dish available in most non-vegetarian Indian restaurants. It is also low carb and fits well into the keto diet. This dish takes about 40 minutes in the oven and the wait for it to pre-heat to the right temperature makes the wait at least an hour.

The Air Fryer is a great option to cut the cooking time and freshly cook what you need for your current meal. When reheating tandoori chicken in a microwave, it often starts to dry out. I usually marinate and refrigerate many pieces and cook what we plan to eat and is ready in 25-30 min in the Air Fryer.
