The keto marble mug minute cake recipe is an quick and easy way to curb your cake cravings in less than five minutes. The mug cake got its name from being able to cook a cake batter in a coffee mug using a microwave quickly. I personally use a bowl about 4 inches in diameter as makes it look appealing and easier to eat. This marble cake has a nice mix of vanilla and chocolate cake. I use coconut flour, but if you prefer almond flour just substitute the 1 tbsp of coconut flour with 3 tbsp of almond flour. If you are looking for a chocolate cake try my keto chocolate mug minute cake. If you are craving a white vanilla cake try my keto mug minute cake.
