Paneer tikka is an Indian dish made from paneer that is marinated in spices. This is a vegetarian alternative to chicken tikka. Traditionally it is prepared in a tandoor oven, but I have created a paneer tikka skewers recipe that cooks in an air fryer. It takes ten minutes to cook in the air fryer.

I put these on skewers and alternated with onions and green and red bell peppers. One important thing to do is to soak the bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before cooking. These came out delicious and I suggest that you try it out. If you are looking for a paneer masala, check out my paneer masala stir fry recipe.
